Each Blackjack game starts with each player is dealt 2 cards. If the value of the 2 cards is exactly 21, the Estonia player has a Blackjack and wins immediately. Otherwise, each player can stay or request another card (hit) to try to improve upon their hand. The dealer plays last and this gives him a slight statistical advantage over the players.
